KIMMY KRUSKAMP

Co-Founder & CEO

Kimberly "Kimmy" Kruskamp is the CEO and Co-Founder of RedKoi Strategies. Having grown up in the Commonwealth of Virginia and cheering for her favorite sports team/alma mater, THE University of Virginia, she is deeply rooted in her home state where she sits on the Republican Party of Va State Central Committee as a district representative. Her passion for politics is evident as she is always on the lookout for ways to contribute to the betterment of her community and country. She serves on her local GOP unit Executive Committee, is a past Chairman of her Young Republicans chapter, and served as the Young Republican Federation of Va State Political Director. Her America First conservative beliefs and commitment to the American values of life, liberty, and freedom have been a constant throughout her life.
Kimmy volunteered on her first political campaign in 1998 during her senior year of high school.

With her diverse interests and unwavering commitment to her values, Kimmy is a well-rounded individual who is on the pursuit of happiness for her and family. As a mother of two beautiful daughters, family is of utmost importance to her and she makes sure to always put them first.

In addition to her political views, Kimmy is also a creative soul who loves to spend her free time exploring the world of art and history. She is a big fan of live music and finds it to be a source of inspiration and enjoyment. Whether it's visiting museums or attending concerts, Kimmy loves to immerse herself in experiences that feed her creative spirit. Her Mexican heritage is also a big part of her identity, and she is proud to have such a rich cultural background.

With a love for both her family and community, she is sure to leave a lasting impression on those around her.

KATIE MOORE

Co-Founder & Chief Creative

is the Co-Founder of RedKoi Strategies and leads the Creative department. She began her creative career at Southern Utah University, where she earned an associate degree and worked as the Graphic Designer for the Michael O. Leavitt Center for Politics and Public Service for over three years. Katie went on to complete her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design at Liberty University, further honing her skills in design and communication.

Her professional career began at Winning Republican Strategies, where she advanced to Creative Director. With nearly a decade of experience in political graphic design, Katie now brings her expertise to RedKoi, crafting impactful branding, marketing, and campaign materials that help clients break through the noise.

Katie has been happily married to her husband, Timothy—an Air Force veteran—for over seven years. In 2024, they welcomed their first son, and today they live in West Michigan with their three Australian Shepherds and one Golden Retriever.
